The Chesterman is a historical residential building in the heart of Fishtown, a very desirable and newly developed Philadelphia neighborhood. The artist, Nick Nehez, was commissioned to permanently install an art piece, using the image of an inverted landscape. By flipping the horizon line, Nehez created an abstract, ethereal image. Concrete columns were left exposed. Custom solid stone and brass tables were designed exclusively by Christian Kassis.
