This traditional Philadelphia row home sat undeveloped for over twenty years before it went through a complete renovation. The owners, who are passionate city dwellers with three young children, loved the proximity to the park and were determined to restore and showcase the original details of the house.

The layout of the house was completely reconfigured, moving the kitchen to the second floor. This created a family friendly living space with an open plan kitchen between the dining and living rooms and a visual connection between all three areas. The owners collection of eclectic furniture and art work was supplemented with additional pieces and special thought was applied when picking unique lighting fixtures for the whole house.
