This abandoned Philadelphia row home treasure is amongst the oldest in the city. Every inch of the house was painted pistachio green. Our job was to design a profitable flip while honoring the house’s history. We kept costs down, using simple finishes that could be tweaked by the buyer. We prioritized restoring the historic beauty. This house sold for the highest price on the block the first week it went on the market.
